Large Wedding + Reception - $6,900

An eight hour day for up to 120 guests, with the choice of two venue locations including our Historic Grace Hall and Upper Lawns, the Pavilion and Stage, the Lower Lawns, and the Fountain. The package includes the day use of our Bridal Party Suite, and a consultation with the event director and choice of preferred vendors.  We set up and provide 8’ banquet or 5' round tables with black farmhouse chairs, a custom bar, and a sweetheart table with a choice of bride and groom chairs. The linens and cleaning fee is included.

Groom Party Day Use Suite — $200 for 4 hours

Rehearsal Dinner — Available with exclusive Facility rental

Use of Commercial Kitchen — $500

We set up and provide 8’ banquet or 5' round tables with black farmhouse chairs, a custom bar, and a sweetheart table with a choice of bride and groom chairs. The linens and cleaning fee is included. Only a champagne toast is allowed for this package.

Come and Go Reception Only $3,400

A six hour day for come and go guests, with a choice of one venue location of our Historic Grace Hall and Upper Lawns, the Pavilion and Stage, the Lower Lawns, or the Fountain. We set up and provide 8’ banquet or 5' round tables with black farmhouse chairs and use of a custom bar. Banquet and Hors D'oeuvres only. The linens and cleaning fee is included. No alcohol allowed for this package.

Exclusive Facility Rental - $3,200 per night

Up to 60 guests 2 night minimum in our newly remodeled farmhouses and glamping cabins (for additional guests, ask for details). This package includes 2 hours per day of supervised Adventure Center play. Please call for a consultation with the Event Director. We offer a list of our preferred vendors.

 

Ask about our Adventure Activities for youngsters including: Arts and crafts, hikes, basketball, sand volleyball, table tennis, cornhole, spike ball, board games, life-size chess, foosball, and a small library to visit.

The parking is limited to 60 vehicles only.
